**In my effort to learn the Japanese language (which is a passion of mine), I will occasionally attempt to write and translate things in to Japanese on my tumblr as best as I can to help me practice. Drew for the first time in a longggg time! It felt great and I had so much fun!

〜(^∇^〜）

I couldn’t sleep so I was practicing human anatomy. After a while I got bored and drew a silly skeleton holding a balloon in the corner of the page for Sal’s birthday along with a cake and fireworks. Then I decided to sneak into his room while he was sleeping and left my sketchbook open so he could see the doodle when he woke up. The next day he gave me back my sketchbook and said “What the heck!? You almost gave me a heart attack!”
Turns out he saw the big skull and didn’t see the doodle and when I told him to look again he said “Oh! Awww, Famaaa, youuuu! <3”
OMG MY BABY’S LAST YEAR BEFORE HE’S A TEENAGER ｡･ﾟﾟ･(>д<)･ﾟﾟ･｡

Hello people of tumblr,

I have had a tumblr for a while, but never actually posted anything until now. I was planning on posting some of my art work I did in school. The main reason I didn’t was because I didn’t want someone from my school to find my tumblr. Since I recently graduated high school, I’ve decided to start posing. A lot of the posts will probably be things from last year and the year before, but fear not! I am going to be majoring in architecture and I start late August. I will probably have some new things then (I hope). Also, I’ll try work on some things this summer, but I’ve only been drawing for about two years, so coming up with something “post-worthy” is really difficult for me.

Well, I’m going to stop talking now since it’s 2 am. I’ll leave you with this image. It was my final project for my painting class. This is only the work-in-progress shot. It’s an acrylic painting on canvas board of the portrait of Daito Shunsuke (who is a Japanese actor I like). I’ll post the finished piece later.

Well, it’s off to bed for me!
